Sergeant Smacker heads up the ManJa Microbe team and directs them where to work. Smacker's primary concern is to make sure any diseased bacteria that is hiding in the waste is identified and destroyed. Smacker makes sure that anybody using the facilities after treatment or are in the communities nearby do, not get sick from waterborne diseases.
